Decision Analyst, Inc. Increases Its Surveys Strength In Mexico
Company's Internet-based Consumer Panels Now Have Access To Opinion From More
Than 14,000 Mexican Households
Arlington, Texas (July 17, 2003) - Decision Analyst, Inc., an international
marketing research and marketing consulting firm, has announced a substantial
increase in the number of Mexican households within its global survey panels.
The company's Internet-based panels can now rely on more than 14,000 households
throughout Mexico to provide accurate insights into the Mexican market.
"Mexico is a critically important market for many U.S. companies; an examination
of America's external economic relationships show that trade with its southern
neighbor ranks behind only Canada in value. That's the reason we've placed so
much emphasis on building our Internet-based consumer panels there," said Jerry
W. Thomas, President and CEO of Decision Analyst. "In addition, the continued
benefits of trade liberalization brought about by NAFTA, and the rapidly
increasing Hispanic population within the U.S., will increase the importance of
the Mexican market over the next few years."
Decision Analyst's Internet panels make it easy for U.S.-based companies to have
the research they require undertaken without any concerns about differences in
research methodology or language affecting the results. "The Internet panels
constitute a stable platform to conduct reliable research throughout the North
American continent," Thomas said.
Decision Analyst utilizes its online panels to conduct a wide range of
advertising testing, product testing, new products research, and strategy
research. The 14,000 Mexican households are just part of a total exceeding 1.5
million (equivalent to more than 3.5 million individual members) throughout
North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania. Decision Analyst's
American Consumer Opinion Online panel is used to test the mood of the man on
the street, while multilingual specialty panels bring together experts,
regardless of their location, in the fields of technology and construction, and
executive and medical opinions.
