Increase In Sign-ups Means Internet-based Consumer Panel Has Access To Over 
40,000 Households Throughout Country

Arlington, Texas (April 16, 2003) - Decision Analyst, Inc., an international marketing research and marketing consulting firm, has announced a major increase in the size of its Canadian consumer survey panel. The Internet-based panel now numbers more than 40,000 households throughout Canada.

"Canada is the number one export market for many U.S. companies: the value of America's trade with its northern neighbor is almost twice as great as with any other country. That's the reason we've placed so much emphasis on recruiting for our Internet-based panel there," said Jerry W. Thomas, President and CEO of Decision Analyst. Moreover, the continued impact of trade liberalization brought about by NAFTA means the importance of the Canadian market over the next few years is going to keep increasing. That will keep demand high for insight into Canadian markets and Canadian consumers."

Decision Analyst's Internet panels make it easy for U.S.-based companies to conduct research in Canada without having to worry about differences in research methodology.
